Common questions
Does it work for outbound telemarketing?
Don answers people who call you and can call back people who asked for contact (for example, someone who left a message). Mass-calling people who did not request contact is not the goal and is subject to its own legal rules (consent, privacy law and do-not-call lists).
How does it fit into my call center?
You get a dedicated number and forward your calls to it, without changing carrier or systems. On the Pro plan, the assistant answers and transfers to your team.
What if the customer asks for a human?
It transfers the call to the right person when someone is available; otherwise it logs a message and your team calls back.
