Do my customers need to install an app?
No. Customers open your assistant's link on their phone or computer, allow the microphone (or type instead) and start talking. No app and no sign-up.
Can the assistant make things up?
It only answers with what you have set up about your business. When it doesn't know something, it says your team will confirm. Prices, deadlines and availability are only shared if you have provided them.
How does the free trial work?
You try it for 7 days, with up to 15 conversations and every Pro feature, no credit card required. After that, you choose the plan that fits your usage.
